Check Up Time

This is a little delayed, but I am just figuring out how to get photos off my phone.  Oh dear!  Simms had his 12 month check up on September 15, 2011.  I can't believe that just one year ago he was a precious newborn.  How this past year has FLOWN by.

So, this is how Simms looked one year ago at his visit...

And look at him now, so big!  His weight was 23.9 lbs (66%).  His height was 29.5 inches (92%). 

I love my big boy!
